Northeast dealer group acquires tow truck, specialty business

DATTCO announced Wednesday the acquisition of New England TruckMaster, a successful and proven premium provider of light, medium and heavy-duty tow trucks, and recovery vehicles for over 20 years.

With this strategic acquisition, DATTCO says it will continue to build on New England TruckMaster’s high-quality brand awareness, stellar customer service and exemplary reputation while increasing sales through the synergies of its other dealerships, networks and subsidies including DeVivo Bus Sales, DeVivo Collision Centers, Thermo King Northeast, and Northeast Tool Distributors.

Established in 2002, under the leadership of Chris Lambiase, New England TruckMaster proudly distributes the full line of Miller Industries products providing innovative high-quality towing and recovery equipment with industry leading brands including, Century, Vulcan, Chevron, and Holmes. As the world’s leader, Miller’s complete line of quality equipment includes carriers up to 30 ft., in length with deck capabilities up to 40,000 lb., and towing recovery units with boom capacities of one hundred tons. DATTCO says Lambiase will continue his journey with the company as a Senior Sales Representative contributing his expertise and expansive industry knowledge and contacts.
