FleetPride acquired OTR Fleet Service of Houston, the companies announced Tuesday. OTR has locations across Texas, including in Austin, Dallas and San Antonio.

OTR offers on-site and mobile fleet service for heavy-duty trucks and trailer service. It has a 24/7 in-house call center, which provides maintenance scheduling and emergency breakdown assistance.

FleetPride says the acquisition of OTR gives its customers access to a nationwide network of parts and service solutions. It also opens a new learning opportunity for OTR employees through FleetPride's learning and development offerings, the company says.
