W.W. Williams has acquired Valley Power Systems Inc., with operations spanning across California.
The transaction accelerates W.W. Williams’ strategic expansion in the California market and reinforces its position as a premier full-service provider across on-highway, off-highway and power generation segments.
Valley Power Systems has served the California market for decades as an authorized OEM distributor and multi-line service provider.
