
Amerit Fleet Solutions acquired Kirk NationaLease (KNL), a fleet solutions company service that specializes in contract maintenance, mobile service and shop management. It in the acquisition, it also acquires Truck & Trailer Parts Solutions (TTPS), a truck and trailer upfitting provider.

The deal brings Amerit 19 physical repair shops, expanding its service network, technical capabilities and customer reach.
Kirk NationaLease was founded in 1969 and has built a reputation for delivering customer-focused fleet solutions through a network of service locations.
