Amerit Fleet Solutions announced the acquisition of Ontario's Triple Diamond Truck and Trailer Repair on Friday. The deal brings together two longtime sister companies, Pro Reefer and Triple Diamond.

Amerit acquired Pro Reefer earlier this year.

Triple Diamond is an MTO-certified commercial truck and trailer maintenance and repair provider based in Mississauga, Ontario. It has a 24,000 square foot, 16-bay facility.
