The acquisition also extends Kerry Brothers’ footprint eastward, expanding the company’s Southeast Michigan coverage into new territory.
“This acquisition is a proud moment for our entire organization. Kustom Truck & Trailer has built an exceptional reputation in the Lenox/New Haven area, and their values mirror our own. Kerry Brothers says operations at all locations are expected to continue without interruption, and customers of the acquired businesses will experience a seamless transition under Kerry Brothers’ management. The company adds its growth strategy includes further expansion of its shop network across Michigan and continued investment in workforce development.
