Paccar Parts honors its best dealers across Kenworth, Peterbilt networks

Paccar Parts recently named its top parts and service dealers and TRP all-makes dealers the for Kenworth and Peterbilt brands during each organization's virtual dealer meetings earlier this month.

Palmer Trucks/Kenworth of Indianapolis as its 2020 Kenworth Parts and Service Dealer of the Year and Papé Kenworth as its 2020 TRP All-Makes Dealer of the Year. On the Peterbilt side, Jackson Group Peterbilt was honored as the company's top parts and service dealer and Peterbilt Manitoba earned the top TRP all-makes award. 

Paccar Parts also named TRP Sauk Rapids of Allstate Peterbilt Group as its 2020 Global TRP Store of the Year.

Paccar Parts says these dealer operations were honored for demonstrating exceptional overall growth and fleet support, increased sales staff, delivered industry-leading retail availability and invested in facilities, equipment and people to ensure the highest levels of customer service that drive uptime.

Palmer Trucks/Kenworth of Indianapolis and Jackson Group Peterbilt won their awards by demonstrating excellent parts growth, investing in training and equipment and provided exceptional retail availability, Paccar Parts says. The dealerships also successfully leverage Paccar Parts technologies such as eCommerce and Managed Dealer Inventory (MDI) and has a tireless commitment to customer satisfaction.

Additionally, Peterbilt Manitoba the group performed strongly with sales and retail availability and its focus on leveraging Paccar Parts eCommerce platform, Online Parts Counter (OPC), has made it easier for customers to order parts when it is convenient for them.
