MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers and MacKay & Company have announced the return of the Real World View of the Aftermarket panel at Heavy Duty Aftermarket Dialogue 2026.
Set, for Jan. 19, at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas, Real World View is a flagship session at Dialogue that features leading supplier executives discussing the forces reshaping the commercial vehicle aftermarket. Panelists will share how their organizations are addressing today’s most pressing challenges — from coping with tariffs and trade uncertainty, to implementing AI and advanced technologies and aligning with customer expectations in an evolving global landscape.
Organizers say panelists will be:
- Tim Bauer, vice president, aftermarket, Eaton
- Nicole Oreskovic, vice president, sales and marketing, Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems
- Paige Petroni, president, Fontaine Fifth Wheel
The discussion will be moderated by Paul McCarthy, president of MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers.

Organizers add these leaders bring deep engagement with MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers’ commercial vehicle forums and councils, underscoring the importance of member-driven perspectives at Dialogue. Bauer serves on the MEMA Aftermarket CEO Council, Oreskovic is a member of the Heavy Duty Sales & Marketing Forum, and Petroni sits on the Heavy Duty Business Forum. Their participation ensures that the conversation reflects both real-world supplier experience and the collective insights of MEMA’s leadership roundtables, the organizers add.
“The Real-World View panel is always a highlight of Dialogue because it gets to the heart of what suppliers are experiencing in the aftermarket today,” says McCarthy. “Hearing directly from leaders like Tim, Nicole and Paige provides an unfiltered perspective on what’s driving change, where opportunities lie and how our industry can work together to succeed.”
