Peach State Truck Centers honors longtime employees

Peach State Truck Centers introduced a recognition program last year to recognize the longevity and loyalty of its employees. Awards were given out to employees whose years of service at Peach State fell on five year increments from five years going all the way up to 30 years with the company.

Employees who celebrate these five-year milestones were presented with certificates of service, a polo shirt with their years of service printed on, additional days of paid time off, as well as American Express gift cards.

Awards were handed out during each Peach State location’s Christmas luncheon, with a total of 63 employees achieving some level of recognition.

“Peach State Truck Centers wants to recognize employees who have dedicated years of service to the company,” human resources director Bill Garrett says. “Loyalty Awards are given to recognize and thank employees who have been with the Company long term. These are the employees that bring stability to the organization and provide leadership and direction to the newer employees that come on board. We really appreciate all that they’ve done.”

“We are very proud of this group of employees that has shown their dedication and passion for the work they do here at Peach State Truck Centers,” says Peach State CEO Rick Reynolds. “Passion is one of our core values as a company and we love to recognize our employees who have gone above and beyond in their positions over a long period of time.”
