The North American Trailer Dealers Association (NATDA) has announced the first of its free monthly dealer education webinars. The introductory webinar for 2017 is “Increasing Profits for Your Dealership in 2017,’ and it is scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 31, at 1 p.m. ET.
NATDA says The webinar, hosted by Rainmaker Consulting, will help dealerships by answering a few difficult questions:
- Do you know what your numbers are telling you to work on in 2017?
- If you want different results this year, do you know what you should be doing differently?
Additionally, NATDA says this webinar will guide dealers through how to calculate three key numbers: Variable Gross Profit, Sales Productivity and Service Productivity. Plus, help you compare where you stand to industry benchmarks in each of these areas, the association says.
NATDA says its free dealer education opportunities to help dealers increase sales and help their businesses succeed. Each webinar has limited space available, so NATDA says to register as soon as possible!
