NATDA announces date for sales training webinar

In continuation of its year-long focus on dealer education, the North American Trailer Dealers Association (NATDA) says registration is open for its free May webinar, ‘Learning to Compete Against the Big Trailer Competitors.’

The program will be hosted by AM Consulting’s Mark Wagner, and will take place 2 p.m. EST on May 25, 2017.

According to NATDA, Wagner will discuss several key topics designed on simplifying the path towards improvements for any trailer dealership, especially when fighting amongst larger competition. He will address a dealership’s goals and where they should be, why culture and image is important, how to increase profit by 25 to 35 percent with a proven, simple system and what keeps a dealership and its employees at a strong level.

As an independent dealer and consultant, NATDA says Wagner has experience in several industries, ranging from computer technology to the trailer industry. Up until 2016, Wagner owned and operated a successful, independent dealership with four locations.

“Mark Wagner had to compete against the bigger trailer dealers before and he did it pretty successfully,” says Jesse Battle, NATDA executive director. “His life experiences and know-how are incredibly powerful in helping our members battle the big guys in the industry.”
