Wabash NationalWabash National Corporation announced Thursday it raised $425,000 for more than 20 community organizations at its annual charity golf outing, held in conjunction with the company’s annual Supplier Conference last week.

“Every year I am impressed by the generosity of our supplier partners who support us in giving back to our communities,” says Dick Giromini, CEO at Wabash National. “Thanks to our suppliers, this year’s charity golf outing was the most successful event in its history. Wabash National is proud to support and work with local agencies to sustain and promote a promising future for our communities. It gives me great pleasure to work with people throughout our industry who share our company values and support us in our efforts to give back.”

Wabash National gave an additional corporate gift of $57,000 for hurricane relief efforts, bringing the total monies raised to $425,000.

“At Wabash National, we truly value our relationships with suppliers, customers and communities,” says Nick Adler, vice president of supply chain management. “We want to work with companies that value those relationships as much as we do, and are committed to making a difference in our communities.”
