ATD has released the topics chosen by the dealer community for roundtable discussions at the upcoming ATD Show in Las Vegas.
These roundtable discussions, known as The Exchange, feature brainstorming and problem solving amongst commercial truck industry peers. ATD says the sessions are based on relevant, of-the-moment topics that are top of mind for attendees at the time of registration. These sessions run concurrent with ATD workshops and feature experienced moderators to help get the discussions going.
ATD says the 2018 Exchanges sessions will be as follows:
- Strategies to Attain 115 Percent Fixed Absorption: Friday, March 23, 2018 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
- Managing Multiple Locations: Friday, March 23, 2018 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
- Leadership Development: Saturday, March 24, 2018 9:45a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
- Best Use of Technology in Truck Parts and Service Departments: Saturday, March 24, 2018 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
