New MHC facility its largest in Arkansas

Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC) announced Monday its new facility off I-49 in Springdale, Ark., is the company’s largest in the state.

The relocated facility, MHC Kenworth/Volvo – Springdale, has served the heavy- and medium-duty truck market since 1977 and continues to provide award-winning services, including 7-day, 24-hour service and an expanded parts inventory. The new facility increased parts, service and parking capacity by more than 70 percent and offers a wide range of amenities that include a driver’s lounge with a flat screen TV, shower, washing machine and dryer to increase comforts for resting drivers, the company says.

“By moving to a larger facility, our goal is to enhance our services to better support customers,” says Charlie Anderson, regional vice president and general manager at MHC. “Our new location is much easier for customers to access right off the highway. With more bays and state-of-the-art equipment, our team is equipped to offer better turnaround on repairs, increasing customer uptime.”

MHC adds cutting edge technology is featured throughout the facility, including a geothermal HVAC system, all LED lighting and translucent wash bay doors. MHC Kenworth/Volvo – Springdale will host an open house later this fall to allow customers to explore the newly constructed dealership.
