Fyda Freightliner Western Star of Northern Kentucky has earned Elite Support Certification and is the fifth Fyda dealership to earn the accreditation from Daimler Trucks North America, according to an announcement.
The dealership, located at 11095 Dixie Highway, Walton, Ky., passed the initial certification on March 4, 2019, by providing the highest level of customer service and through their commitment to continuous improvement, the company says. Fyda Northern Kentucky is the 295th dealership in the Elite Support Network.
Dan Ruhe, general manager for the Kentucky and Cincinnati dealerships, set his sights on Elite Support Certification on July 31, 2017, the day Fyda Northern Kentucky opened for business.
“It has always been our goal to provide world class service to our customer base. Attaining Elite Support Certification is the result of our team’s commitment to a consistent, collaborative customer support effort,” says Ruhe. “I would like to thank the entire team in Walton for their hard work and dedication which allowed Fyda Northern Kentucky to become Elite Support Certified in record time within the Fyda organization.”
Fyda Freightliner Western Star Northern Kentucky is a 46,000 sq.-ft., state-of-the-art dealership offering full commercial truck repair and maintenance. The service department is equipped with a chassis engine Dyno, a five-ton overhead crane, mobile column lifting system and a Hunter WinAlignHD computerized all-axle alignment system with rolling compensation. The parts department carries over $1 million in OE and all-makes commercial heavy truck parts and selected heavy trailer parts and offers free parts delivery in the area, the company says.
Fyda Northern Kentucky is an authorized dealer for Freightliner and Western Star Trucks and is also the newest dealer for Isuzu Commercial Trucks (dba Fyda Isuzu Trucks).
