Idealease has awarded 69 Idealease locations in the U.S., Canada and Mexico with the prestigious ONE Idealease award for 2019, and 26 Idealease locations earned ONE Idealease Elite status.
The awards were presented at the company’s 37th Annual Meeting, which was held in Chicago, and attended by approximately 800 shareholders, Idealease location owners and employees, corporate staff and supplier representatives, Idealease says.
The ONE Idealease recognition program measures performance to 12 standards that ensure consistency in branding, customer service and product offerings. The ONE Idealease standards help make Idealease the most responsive, fully integrated transportation solutions provider in North America, the company says. ONE Idealease recognizes the locations that are dedicated to the Idealease core values of expertise, responsiveness and stability. ONE Idealease Elite locations achieve certain performance standards in addition to meeting the 12 program standards.
