UTA co-offering webinar on navigating disruption, accessing the virtual truck customer

The Used Truck Association (UTA) announced Friday it will hold a free webinar with Commercial Truck Trader later this week to address this important topic, offering guidance for how used truck dealers can tap into virtual and online used truck customers.

Charles Bowles, Commercial Truck Trader’s director, strategic initiatives, will share virtual retailing best practices for dealers. Bowles says understanding how to sell in a digital world is an important part of having a successful business in general, but having a strong digital presence is especially crucial in an economic environment like the one we’re currently facing.

UTA says the webinar will cover the following:
