Donaldson honored by Minneapolis newspaper

Donaldson Company, Inc., a provider of filtration systems and replacement parts, has been ranked a top large company in the Minneapolis Star Tribune’s Top 100 Workplaces 2013 list.

To qualify for the Star Tribune Top Workplaces, a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. Nearly 1,900 companies were invited to participate. Rankings were composite scores calculated on the basis of employee responses about company direction, conditions, career opportunities, management, and pay and benefits, Donaldson says.

“We’re extremely proud that our employees consider Donaldson a top workplace in the Twin Cities,” says Sandee Joppa, Donaldson’s vice president of Human Resources. “It’s particularly rewarding to hear that our employees enjoy their work environment and have strong confidence in the leadership and direction of our company. We have more than 1,250 employees in Minnesota and 12,500 employees around the world.

“Employee engagement is critical to our business success, including serving our customers’ needs. It is also vital to the strength and stability of our overall organization. Being named as a Top Workplace is an honor and an accomplishment in which we take great pride.”
