ContiTech bringing air spring products to HDAW

ContiTech says it has zeroed in on the aftermarket as an area of growth for its air spring business, and as such the company plans to bring those products to Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW) this week in Las Vegas.

“For us, [HDAW] in Las Vegas is an important event for holding further in-depth discussions with our customers, partners, and potential customers,” says Alexander Papadimitriou, vice president, Air Springs for Commercial Vehicles Independent Aftermarket at ContiTech.

ContiTech’s products will be on display at Booth #1121 during Tuesday and Wednesday’s trade show.

Developed using OE market parameters, ContiTech says its aftermarket air springs reach the highest specifications found in the aftermarket. ContiTech says it also has uses a NAFTA-region production facility to improve shipping and order fulfillment times to the aftermarket.

“This has a considerable advantage: each delivery location in this zone can be reached within just a few days, enabling quick deliveries,” says John Hilkirk, product manager for ContiTech Air Spring Systems Aftermarket in the NAFTA region.
