Mack Trucks on Monday announced a redesign of its PartsASIST online parts-ordering platform.
"This redesign represents a significant step forward for PartsASIST and for how our customers interact with the Mack parts ecosystem," says Rich Greenhill, vice president of aftermarket and solutions at Mack Trucks. "We took a hard look at the entire user journey and rebuilt the experience from the ground up — faster load times, cleaner navigation and a more intuitive layout that helps customers find and order the right part with fewer clicks."

PartsASIST was first launched in 2021 and provides around-the-clock access to Mack parts, all-makes parts and the Road Choice and DEX Heavy Duty Parts catalogs. This update introduces an overhauled user interface and a user experience built around customer feedback with improved search functionality, product display, order management and real-time inventory visibility, Mack says.
Enhancements to the platform include:
- A modernized interface with improved navigation and responsive layout across desktop and mobile devices.
- Enhanced product page with 360-degree product views, detailed imagery, specifications and alternative product suggestions to support confident purchasing decisions.
- Live warehouse-level stock availability so customers can verify parts are in stock before placing an order.
- A redesigned order-tracking dashboard with enhanced filtering, related order linking and simplified workflows.
- Faster search results with expanded vehicle and fleet filtering options, including chassis series, VIN and unit name lookup.
"Every update we made was driven by hour our customers actually use the platform," says Eric Davila, product owner, eCommerce aftermarket at Mack. "From the way search results are displayed to how orders are tracked, we focused on removing unneccessary steps and making the day-to-day parts-ordering process as efficient as possible. The goal is a purchasing experience that feels as seamless as working directly with your local dealer."
Customers can continue to access legacy features of the platform, including fleet management tools, quick-order functionality, integration with the Mack dealer network, special pricing, fleet specific part numbers and promotional offers.
"PartsASIST has always been about giving customers an easiser way to buy parts," Greenhill says. "This update takes that promise further — delivering a platform that's faster, smarter and built to keep fleets running."
