AFA has introduced its newest and best-designed cylinder head gasket replacement for the Detroit Diesel Series 60 engines.
According to AFA, the DD 60 Series is known to be one of the highest mileage engines in use today and demands the highest quality, best engineered gaskets sealing it.
AFA part number D23538406 is made using only the highest quality materials that are specified, tested and quality controlled throughout the production, AFA says. The company says it uses stainless-steel fire rings and staked-grommets to insure it has the best sealing capabilities for this engine application. The entire gasket is designed to perfectly fit each application.
AFA says all tolerances for the gasket meet or exceed OE specifications.
