The Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association (HDMA) and MacKay & Company have announced the fifth annual Heavy Duty Aftermarket Dialogue (HDAD) will be held on Monday, Jan. 23, 2017, at the Mirage in Las Vegas immediately preceding Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW).

One of the three events in HDMA’s Dialogue series, HDAD will provide insight and a forward look at the heavy-duty aftermarket, with an introduction by Tim Kraus of HDMA and Stu MacKay of MacKay & Company, an aftermarket industry forecast by MacKay & Company, and a market and economic update, with heavy-duty industry expert Dr. Robert Dieli, of RDLB, Inc. and financial expert, Bill Strauss, of the Chicago Federal Reserve.

The event also will feature executive panel-discussions with primary topics that include:

  • Meeting the Parts and Service Needs of Today’s Fleet
  • The Current Architecture of the Private Label Market
  • The Battle of the Channels

Organizers say registration to HDAD includes digital presentation materials, breakfast, breaks, luncheon that includes round table discussions with fleets, and the HDAW’17 All-Industry Reception—all intended to facilitate networking with industry peers.

Those planning to attend are encouraged to arrive on Sunday, January 22, 2017 to prepare for the conference’s start time of 8 a.m. PT on Monday, Jan. 23, 2017.
