“It’s really a planning tool for the customer,” says Eddie Tsygipalo, McCoy Frightliner’s Marketing Director. “They can log on and see the wait times for whatever service they may need, which allows them to plan for when they want to bring the truck in.”
Estimated wait times, which do not include the time to actually perform the service, are updated in real time by technicians at each location as trucks roll in for service.
