McCoy Freightliner announces its Portland and Salem, Ore., locations were recertified Elite Support by Freightliner earlier this year. This is the sixth consecutive year being designated Elite Support for Salem and the third for the Portland location.
McCoy says the two locations passed 123 different Elite Support criteria to maintain their status. Elite Support recertification focuses on continuous improvement throughout the dealerships while maintaining the passing efforts of the Elite Support criteria. Recertification takes place annually to ensure dealers are focused on continuous improvement and the highest level of customer experience at our dealerships, the company says.

Thanks to the Elite Support recertification process, the McCoy team says overall cleanliness of the dealerships also has improved, as has processes documented and streamlined, customer satisfaction, lot organization, and overall a higher standard throughout the dealerships.
