GenNext has announced it will hold its third quarter webinar at 11 a.m. EST, Thursday, Sept. 5.
The 30-minute webinar has been titled “Transition to Air Disc Brakes” and will provide attendees guidance on air disc brake adoption in the commercial trucking industry, as well as product lines and maintenance tips to keep ADB-equipped trucks on the road.
GenNext says two speakers from Meritor will lead the event:
- Jay Urban, air disc brake product manager, will discuss the conversion from drum brake to air disc brake year over year for the Class 8 truck and trailer market. He also will show how production calipers convert to aftermarket units.
- Justin McCoy, disc brake product manager, Aftermarket, will discussing the inspection and maintenance practices required for vehicle owners to ensure they get optimum life out of their air disc brakes.
