The Service Specialists Association (SSA) has added three educational webinars to its schedule in August and September.
SSA webinars typically last around 30 minutes and are scheduled twice in a single week to maximize the number of members who are available to attend the training events. Events are first held on Tuesday mornings, then repeated on Thursday afternoons.
Next week, SSA will host Tom McCarthy of Weller Reman for a webinar titled “Steering Gear Troubleshooting and Install ‘Dos and Don’ts'” on Tuesday, Aug. 4, and Thursday, Aug. 6. Later in the month, Nick Smith and Mike Cromer of The Universal Group will hold a webinar on Tuesday, Aug. 25, and Thursday, Aug. 27, addressing “Light-Duty Trailer Market Segment Booming During Pandemic.”
Finally, SSA has booked Craig Downey of KPA Associates to present on COVID-19 risks and evaluations concerning employees and customers on Tuesday, Sept. 15, and Thursday, Sept. 17.
SSA says these webinars are available to all SSA members. The organization also recently held a steer axle training event with Dayton Parts’ Steve Williams and “The Complete Brake Job” with Meritor’s Jason Kraus.
