Fullbay seeks participants for repair industry survey

Fullbay has opened its State of Heavy-Duty Repair survey for the second consecutive year.

According to Fullbay, the survey will combine with Fullbay’s benchmarking data to produce a comprehensive report that will provide greater clarity of the state of the industry to shop owners, fleet managers, and other key stakeholders when released in 2022. Results from last year's inaugural survey are available on Fullbay's website.

Fullbay says it wants to hear from heavy-duty repair professionals through this anonymous survey that includes several topics from culture and finances to how the parts shortage continues to impact shops.

“The State of Heavy-Duty Repair report is crucial in being able to educate and inform shop owners about the industry and help them increase revenue and efficiency, and retain technicians. This survey is the industry’s chance to make their voices be heard,” says Jacob Findlay, Fullbay executive chairman.

The survey will be open until Dec. 11 and can be found at https://www.research.net/r/sohdrpartners?source=mbe.
