New brake shoe painting system from ECBR

East Coast Brake Rebuilders has released its new BMS Paint System, which features an extensive cleaning system that eliminates the risks of rustjacking and flash rusting on brake shoes.

According to ECBR, the BMS Paint System works by completely eliminating chlorides and rust, providing end users 100 percent value out of their brake shoes, in addition to increasing the shelf life. The new system also features an automated dip coating system that coats shoes in “twice the thickness” after all soluble salts are removed, ECBR says.

Shoes painted in this system can last up to three years corrosion free, the company says. For more information, contact www.eastcoastbrake.com.
