Continental HDL2 DL+, drive axle position, tires in size 11 R24.5 149/164L bearing article number 052117200000, DOT number 02P 054CLD, and DOT week 4323 are affected.

Continental's market observation program detected an increase in warranty complaints connected to this tire and subsequent analysis showed inconsistent material usage in the shoulder pad extrusion process. With continued use, a separation could extend into the sidewall, resulting in a sudden loss of air pressure, Continental says. The company has not received reports of accidents or injuries in this case.
