Vanair introduced a new underdeck power system Thursday at Work Truck Week 2024.

The PTO Shaft-Driven Underdeck All-In-One Power System provides six forms of power, including a 125-185 CFM rotary screw air compressor; a 10kW generator; a 330A welder; 12V, 24V and optional 36V and 48V battery boosting; 12-24V and optional 36V and 48V battery charging; and up to 30 GPM at 2,000 PSI of hydraulic-driven power.

"With the new Underdeck All-In-One Power System, we deliver the same comprehensive power, including welding capabilities, without encroaching on any vehicle space."
Vanair says the system can save users bed space and more than 2,000 pounds of vehicle weight.

Vanair's underdeck mobile systems feature the XERO Rapid Blow Down Tank, which allows for immediate compressor disengagement and reengagement with zero blow-down time. It also permits up to a 15% angle of operation from side-to-side or front-to-back. All PTO Shaft-Driven Underdeck Power Systems also feature the FailSafe Dual Sensory Redundancy System, which switches to a backup unit in the event of a thermistor or transducer sensor failure.
