RevHD introduced its new Rev-Pinion Severe-Duty Unitized Seal this week at the Mid-America Trucking Show (MATS) in Louisville, Ky.
According to the company, this new product extends the company’s “Maintenance Made Simple” philosophy beyond the wheel end to another critical drivetrain component. For more than a decade, RevHD products have been simplifying maintenance for technicians while helping fleets reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
The company says the new Rev-Pinion Seal reflects that same practical, technician-focused design that takes the guesswork out of installation.
“As RevHD continues to grow, we’re focused on delivering maintenance made simple across the truck, not just the wheel end,” says Brian Beathard, co-founder and vice president of sales and marketing at RevHD. “We can’t wait to showcase our full lineup at MATS, including our new Rev-Pinion Seal, and demonstrate how we’re taking our mission of maintenance made simple to the next level.”

The Rev-Pinion Seal is built for broad applications, the company states, including severe-duty conditions, and meets or exceeds OE material standards for performance and reliability. The wheel end seal features:
- Unitized design for fast, easy installation with standard tools
- Press-fit outside diameter (OD) with integrated wear ring to prevent yoke wear and eliminate repair sleeves
- Sealing lips are insulated from yoke contact to extend service life
