
Truck-Lite, a Clarience Technologies company, is celebrating 70 years in business.

Truck-Lite was founded in 1955 with the introduction of the first sealed lamp for commercial vehicles. Today, it offers more than 5,000 products through 20,000-plus distributors. Other first for the company include the world's first independent ground wiring system (1962), the first LED S/T/T lamp (1993), and the first custom-designed LED headlight for Class 8 trucks (2012).
