The Battle with Rustjacking
The introduction of new de-icing road solvents has brought rustjacking to the forefront over the last decade.

Rustjacking can slowly erode any braking system over time. As road chemicals slowly seep into brakes, they work their way between the pad and shoe table and create patches of rust, as seen in the two photos above. These patches push the two pieces apart and reduce the brake’s useful life.
