Dieselmatic bolsters marketing capabilities with email feature

Dieselmatic has announced the launch of a new email marketing feature to support repair shops in driving more business.

The new functionality is a self-service email campaign solution that seamlessly integrates into a shop’s database through the Dieselmatic app to enable users to create and send personalized email marketing content. The new email marketing feature also enables heavy-duty shops to create and send emails directly from the Dieselmatic platform.

With an end goal of increasing customer engagement and shop brand awareness, Dieselmatic says the shop has the ability and freedom to determine email timing, frequency, and content. Users also will have the ability to select from pre-built templates, eliminating the need for a third-party email provider or designer, the company says.
