Karmak introduces its new Professional Services Department; a team of industry experts committed to helping customers optimize their use of the Karmak Fusion business system.

According to Karmak, this newly formed team is comprised of Professional Services Consultants with more than 74 years of combined experience at Karmak that have a deep understanding of the various aspects of operating a full-service business in the commercial transportation industry including accounting, parts inventory, service, leasing and rental, and truck sales.

The company says the team's offerings include:

  • Custom data projects
  • Workflow implementation
  • Fusion process reviews
  • Business consulting
  • Acquisition conversions
  • Parts pricing restructures
  • Post-live analysis
  • Fusion pioneer program

The announcement of this team is part of Karmak’s commitment to an exceptional customer experience; working more closely with customers than ever before to meet the operational demands of diverse clientele, the company says.

Early customer responsive is very positive. Justin Martin, branch manager at Martin’s Peterbilt says, “Martin’s Peterbilt has had several projects over the years that required a consulting approach, more than the product support (which is excellent). Engaging with Karmak’s Professional Services Team for these projects has consistently led to outstanding outcomes. Their expertise, commitment to client satisfaction, and attention to detail have been pivotal in the success of our initiatives.”

“Karmak’s Professional Services team is currently assisting us with a large custom data project involving thousands of parts inventory records. They’ve handled the project diligently and the communication and responsiveness has been exactly as we hoped it would be,”  adds Andy Robblee, CEO of Six Robblee's Inc.

Karmak also is leveraging its customer-led advisory councils and Fusion Idea Portal to stay at the forefront of industry changes by regularly connecting with customers and encouraging feedback and enhancement ideas to ensure that its Fusion business system evolves as rapidly as the industry.

“It’s important to us to partner closely with customers to make sure they are maximizing the benefits they get from working with Karmak and using our Fusion business system” says Kim Stoops, vice president of operations at Karmak.
