"Presenting these products at Diesel Connect is a huge milestone for Fullbay and the work we're doing to support independent and internal commercial repair shops, and the broader transportation industry," says Patrick McKittrick, CEO of Fullbay. "Each of these launches is designed to better support our customers and make running a repair shop easier and more efficient. I'm especially excited about Fullbay AI and the many AI-driven tools we plan to unveil as we continue to evolve, push boundaries and advance our leadership in the industry."
Diesel Connect included more than 300 attendees along with influential industry experts.
The new product announcements include:
- Motor UI/UX enhancements include a modernized, more intuitive experience with FleetCross, the medium- and heavy-duty parts, service and repair information platform.
- Fullbay Payments is the company's payment processing solution, and the enhancements announced address key challenges related to refund management, security, dispute resolution and scalability. Fullbay Payments is included in every Fullbay subscription.
- Fullbay is also launching an integration with Mitchell 1. Customers will gain access to labor time information via TruckSeries for Class 4-8 trucks. For light-duty vehicles, shops will gain access to ProDemand's parts, labor times, maintenance schedules and fluid specifications. These features will be available later this year through additional subscription.
- Fullbay AI will support technicians by simplifying the documentation process during repairs. It will include polished data entry to help techs input data faster. It will be released later this year.
- Fullbay's future plans to enable shop owners and technicians in assessing business for operational and performance efficiencies with an AI reporting tool. The company also plans to expand its AI portfolio to offer predictive maintenance and diagnostic capabilities.
