"Helping dealerships maximize the return on their technology investments while strengthening collaboration across the industry remains at the core of everything we do," says Marv Moreno, vice president of sales and marketing at Karmak.
Attendees participated in sessions covering:
- DTNA integration enhancements.
- Best practices for utilizing Karmak Fusion.
- Workflow optimization.
- Real-world dealership use cases.
- Upcoming technology initiatives and product roadmaps.
"The Fusion User Summit for DTNA dealers has become one of the most valuable events our team attends each year," says Heidi McElwain, Currie Truck Centres. She made the trip from Toronto. "We gain a much deeper understanding of Karmak Fusion and of DTNA integrations but, just as importantly, we build meaningful relationships with other dealers, DTNA representatives and the Karmak team. The collaboration, transparency and shared knowledge throughout the event makes a real impact on our business."
