The Used Truck Association (UTA) new members committee will host a networking event at Topgolf in Ontario, Calif., next month.
This is the third year UTA has held a Topgolf networking event, with prior events taking place in Houston and Scottsdale, Ariz.
This year's event will take place Sept. 14, in Ontario, Calif. UTA says the event has three main goals:
- To give the UTA Membership an extra networking benefit each year with varying locations and events/activities.
- To expand the UTA’s brand in other markets to help increase membership.
- To raise money for the UTA’s scholarship fund.
Registration for the event is $200 for UTA members and $350 for non-members. Registering for the event includes the Topgolf experience and roundtrip transportation to the facility, as well as networking opportunities, lunch and industry presentations at the hotel in advance of the golf experience.
UTA adds there are more than 50 active used truck dealers in a 30-mile radius from the hotel. "We highly recommend spending a few days connecting with local customers," the organization states.
