The following employment announcements were made in the trucking industry the week of Jan. 2, 2023:
- JX Enterprises has promoted Herman Goth to the executive leadership team as vice president of Lease, Rental and Organizational Communication. Goth has been with JX Enterprises for nearly 30 years.
- Four Star Freightliner Human Resources Director Suzy Herring graduated from the ATD Dealer Academy.
- BBB Industries has announced several promotions: John Amyot to COO; Maria Caballero to president of its OCI business unit; Steve Mesarick to chief legal officer and executive vice president – global transactions. The company also has added Duygu Seker as president of the company's European division and hired Mark Nugent as executive vice president and chief sustainability officer.
- Lubrication Specialties has promoted Josh Steinmetz to Hot Shot's Secret brand manager.
- Yokohama Tire promoted Fardad Niknam to vice president of OE sales. Ray Polentz is the new vice president of supply chain and logistics. Pavan Desaneni is now the chief information officer.
