- Pressure Systems International has promoted Craig Smith to vice president of marketing and communications.
- GreenPower elected directors: Chairman and CEO Fraser Atkinson, President Brendan Riley, and CFO and Corporate Secretary Michael Sieffert.
- Muncie Power Products Chairman, President and CEO Ray Chambers retired on April 1.
- STEMCO Senior Director of Sales and Marketing Jeff Barr retired on March 31. Drew Coen, senior director, Global Marketing; and Todd DiMasco, senior director, Global Sales; will take over Barr's responsibilities.
- DENSO Products and Services Americas Senior Vice President Richard Shiozaki and Vice President of Sales Fran Labun are retiring.
