The following employment announcements were made in the trucking industry the week of Aug. 14, 2023:

ChargePoint has appointed Sherice Torres as chief marketing officer.
Ancra Cargo has named Matt Rommel its new vice president of engineering.
Ron Storn joined the Truckstop team as chief people and culture officer.
Rakesh Aneja, head of eMobility at Daimler Trucks North America, has been appointed to the newly founded Electric Vehicle Working Group (EVWG) by the U.S. Department of Energy and U.S. Department of Transportation.
