
The following employment announcements were made in the trucking industry the week of Sept. 16, 2024:
- John North stepped down as CEO and member of the Lazydays Holdings on Sept. 13. Ronald Fleming was appointed interim CEO and director. Amber Dillard, vice president of operations was promoted to chief operating officer.
- JM&A Group promoted Kevin Hull to president of the National Truck Protection Company. Former President Wade Bontrager will remain as a key advisor and serve on the company's board of directors.
- Douglas Dynamics named Mark Van Genderen COO and president of work truck attachments, effective immediately. Additionally, Chief Human Resources Officer Linda Evans will retire on Jan. 2, and Shannan Vlieger was named senior vice president of people and culture effective Oct. 1.
- Jake England was promoted to director of Boss Truck Stops by Bosselman Enterprises.
- Karmak appoints Chad Stoerp chief financial officer.
