The following employment announcements were made in the trucking industry the week of March 22, 2026:
- Rush Enterprises Senior Vice President Jody Pollard has been promoted to COO. He replaces Jason Wilder, who resigned to pursue other opportunities. Former COO Michael McRoberts also is returning to the business as an advisor during this transition period.
- Transflo CEO Renee Krug was named a 2026 Top Woman to Watch in Transportation by the Women in Trucking Association (WIT).
- Scott Gordon has been promoted to chief product officer at Fullbay.
- Nine NationaLease technicians advanced to the hands-on competition, including the first woman, Cassady Breazzeal, of Carco NationaLease. Other winners include Cole Readman, Warner Leasing Company Ltd., a NationaLease member; Matt Dove, Aim NationaLease; Eric Maynard, Aim NationaLease; Brian Climes, Hogan Truck Leasing Inc., a NationaLease member; Jeremy Clark, Truckway NationaLease; Carl Diehl, Hogan Truck Leasing Inc., a NationaLease member; Darren Sapp, Kirk NationaLease; Wade Murphy-Price, Aroldi Brothers NationaLease; and John Norwood, Aim NationaLease. The competition for Top Tech will be May 12 in Chicago.
- Yvonne Bettkober will join the Daimler Truck Holding AG Board of Management on Oct. 1. She replaces Jurgen Hartwig, who will leave at the end of November.
