There are few experiences that cause more frustration for a service shop than a good technician leaving. But in the trucking industry, that happens far too often. Quality technicians are in high demand — and they know it.
In this webinar on August 9 at 1:00 p.m. Central, ASE Education Foundation's George Arrants will share insights into what truly motivates technicians to leave employers. It’s more than just pay. Arrants says how technicians are valued, treated and heard has a substantial impact on workplace morale. Arrants also will offer tips on how you can strengthen relationships with your existing technicians and create relationships with technical schools to supplement your workforce effectively.
