Hendrickson has scheduled the 13th session of its Hendrickson Vehicle Suspension Institute (HVSI) technical suspension training for heavy-duty transportation service technicians and parts personnel.

Hendrickson says there will be two separate sessions held, one Oct. 22-23 and the second Oct. 24-25, at Northwest Technical Institute Facility in Springdale, Ark. Each session is scheduled for one and one-half days including lecture and hands-on training covering Trailer 101, Hendrickson Tire Inflation Systems, and Tri-Functional Bushing Replacement. The training is conducted by Hendrickson’s regional field service managers, the company says.

Hundreds of technicians from independent repair facilities, fleets, and OE service dealerships, have participated in the past sessions. Previous HVSI training sessions have taken place in various locations across the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

Hendrickson says the HVSI program provides technicians, as well as parts and service personnel, with a basic orientation and hands on experience for the recommended installation, service, maintenance, and repair procedures for Hendrickson truck, trailer, and lift axle suspension systems.

“The overwhelming feedback on our HVSI program has been outstanding, it is our objective to train and educate as many technicians and parts professionals as possible to ensure our customers’ equipment is on the road, in optimum condition, and they have a great experience with our products.” says David McCleave, sales and marketing director for Hendrickson.

For additional information about HVSI and how to sign up for upcoming and future sessions, please contact Jose Cabral at (630) 910-2836 or [email protected], or contact your local Hendrickson representative.
