VIPAR conference bringing together young leaders

The Young Leaders Forum and Lunch will bring together many of the industry’s young leaders at the 2015 VIPAR Heavy Duty Annual Business Conference, Oct. 18-23 at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country.

Now in its third year, the Oct. 20 event is open to VIPAR Heavy Duty stockholders and suppliers who are 45 years old and younger and gives them the opportunity to network and collaborate with industry peers.

The goal of the forum is to provide young leaders with content to further personal development, and gain leadership and successful strategies to apply to their businesses.

Tanveer Naseer, an award-winning and internationally-acclaimed leadership writer and speaker, will provide the keynote address “How to Overcome Leadership Vertigo to Drive Success.” Naseer is the principal and founder of Tanveer Naseer Leadership, a leadership coaching firm that works with executives and managers to help them develop practical leadership and team-building competencies to guide organizational growth and development.

In addition to the luncheon, a Young Leaders reception will be hosted with GenNextduring the VIPAR Heavy Duty Annual Business Conference. This group is considered the up-and-coming leaders of tomorrow in the aftermarket truck parts industry. The core goal of GenNext is to educate, mentor, and recruit the next generation of heavy duty aftermarket leaders.
