The Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association (HDMA) will hold its fourth-annual Heavy Duty Aftermarket Dialogue (HDAD) conference Monday, Jan. 25, 2016, at The Mirage in Las Vegas, just before the kickoff of Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week ’16.

HDAD is co-presented by HDMA and MacKay & Co, and the day-long conference is scheduled in the Terry Fator Theater from 8 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.

January’s HDAD program will provide insight and a forecast for the heavy-duty aftermarket, with an introduction by Tim Kraus of HDMA and Stu MacKay of MacKay & Co., an aftermarket industry forecast by MacKay & Co., and a market and economic update, with heavy-duty industry expert Dr. Robert Dieli, of RDLB Inc. and financial expert, Bill Strauss, of the Chicago Federal Reserve.

HDMA says the latter presentation will provide a discussion of an array of topics affecting the economic outlook for 2016. They will present a comprehensive view of topics affecting the economic outlook for the coming years, including the level and trend in employment, the level and trend of trucking activity, and the level of truck utilization as they relate to the current and future heavy-duty market.

Additional speakers and segments will be announced at a later date.

Conference registration includes digital presentation materials, breakfast, breaks, a networking lunch and the HDAW’16 All-Industry Reception.
