Allstate Peterbilt Group has acquired Harrison Truck Parts’ three locations, which were formerly known as Promaxx Truck Parts.
The company says that, with facilities in Glencoe and Sauk Rapids, Minn., and Rice Lake, Wisc., they are now able to offer an extended parts inventory and more convenient locations. The acquired locations will join the company’s 20-plus storefronts, supported by five regional distribution centers with more than $30 million in on-hand parts inventory.
“Providing exceptional customer service is what drives our business, adding these strategic locations will increase parts availability while expediting delivery times,” says Jeff Vanthournout, Allstate Peterbilt Group’s president.
“We are pleased to continue expanding our footprint, serving the heavy-duty truck industry with original equipment and aftermarket parts.”
The acquisition will be complete by mid-February. Allstate Peterbilt Group will continue to operate from the former Harrison Truck Parts facilities, retaining all employees.
