The Monroe dealership also features a driver’s lounge providing drivers free WiFi to help them get caught up on paperwork or social media correspondence while they wait for their trucks to be serviced.

Johnny Dempsey serves as branch manager while Chris Perillo serves as manager of the service department. Adam Barmore manages the parts department, which offers parts delivery to local fleets and other businesses. The phone number for Kenworth of Louisiana – Monroe is 318-509-8079.

“The Monroe location’s large parts department allows us to provide customers a complete on-site parts inventory, which is further enhanced by a next-day inter-store transfer logistics program that allows the Monroe location to draw upon the inventories of our other locations,” Oliphant says.
