Webinar scheduled to rethink approach to dealer industry challenges

GPA Training announces it will host a live webinar later this month regarding how the dealer channel can better rethink approaches to industry challenges.

Scheduled for 11:15 a.m. CT Thursday, Feb. 28, GPA Training says the 45-minute webinar is open to anyone in the dealer channel. Led by GPA Training President Ian Coburn, the webinar will present creative, often proven solutions to some of dealers’ biggest challenges.

GPA Training says topics will include:

  • How trucking’s dealer-OE setup differs from other industries
    • It opens the door for third-party competition, particularly when it comes to parts, and including to competition from Amazon

  • Hiring and retaining staff to grow profits and customer relationships

The company says participants will leave the webinar with tangible, actionable steps to solve reviewed challenges. The webinar is limited to the first 1oo registrants, so Coburn says interested parties should sign up quickly.
